• All mentoring activities, including one-on-one conversations, take place in public or group settings (e.g., games, presentations, or clinics).

• Code of Conduct:

• Respectful communication, punctuality, and professionalism are required at all times.

• Support System:

• Program staff provide ongoing support to mentors and mentees, offering check-ins and guidance as needed.
